Arcsoft webcam companion 3

When I open arcsoft webcam companion 3 it now only says more applications when it used to have a list of options such as camera. How do I get that back?

Hi Tipping96, welcome to the Sony Forums

I've asked a few of my photo colleagues and they're no more familiar with this software than I am, unfortunately. It may be that it came bundled with the Vaio, rather than as a HandyCam software component.

It sounds as if it needs to be upgraded and/or reinstalled, but you might find some answers on the Sony Vaio discussion forum.
