Hello everyone. i was at every possible forums, called in a support service but all without results. I have such problem.
Player Sony NWZ-S754 at connection to a computer writes: " Connection to usb (mtp) the Player does not work. " I have win 7 32 bit. The computer sees it but at copying files gives out a mistake that the arrangement is disconnected.
Disconnected firewall and the antivirus established, drivers, the player formatted.
Dumped adjustments, pushed a button reset, rebooted pc, connected to another usb to port and other computer. But all without results. What's wrong?
