Sony Bravia KDL-55W809C Sony shelf stopped working

Hello, looking for help please, when I switch on my Sony Bravia tv it appears Android is starting optimising apps, starting apps then switches off to the Sony sign with multiple coloured signals and repeats this process, I can’t reset using the remote control as i can not get passed this stage, hope someone can help

You could try this for a full reset (restart) of the TV.

This also sounds a bit similar, or not?
