Tried in vain , but can't register Bravia TV , apparently what takes a minute , has been nearly an hour as TV is not recognised , but is advertised on SONY .

The list of TV model numbers on the registration site is long out of date.

Most of the 2017 models are not listed.

It's impossble to continue the registration process, unless the system recognises the model number.

Hi Tdcd7-6 and oakydoke, and welcome to the community.

There is currently an issue with registering products on the Sony website, and the Sony team are investigating.
