Hi all

The sound on my bravia has suddenly stopped working. It was fine yesterday and has stopped today. I have unplugged the soundbar but the TV speakers aren't working. The volumes turned up, the TV's not on mute.

There is no sound on you tube or Netflix apps.

When I press the options button, I scroll down to audio, but I all I can select is dual sound and advanced settings in that menu. The dual sound option keeps intermittently greying itself out and making that option unselectable.

I have tried plugging it out for 60sec and that hasn't worked.

Any ideas?

Ok just figured it out. I have to press the blue home button, then press options. This brings up a menu on the right hand side of the screen. I then scroll down to speakers, press select, then make sure TV speakers is selected.

I pressed the options button before but not on the home screen. You will get a different menu without the option to select TV speakers or audio system if you do it this way.
