You just have to go into Option/Home and then disable the corresponding flag in "Suggestions" (not sure about their names in English). If everything is disable you shouldn't get any suggestion.

Bizarre... It removes it on mine. I can tell you that those suggestions are basically the Android TV notifications. So what you could do is to find the app "Enjoy Netflix etc" in the app list (I see there is one in mine) and disable the notifications in there. Doing so, whatever the settings in Home, the apps with the notifications disabled never show a suggestion.

Otherwise it may be something wrong in the Home data. You may also give it a try deleting the data of (I believe) the Google app in the list. But I can't swear on this.

I have achieved what I wanted, see pic.

Anyway to move apps up into the free space, or use a new skin just for apps ?

I have never tried it, but maybe, disabling the notifications in the app called "Google" will do the trick.
