KD-49XE9005 major problem

I've had this tv since November last yr now and this problem is still happening every time I try to play games on my Xbox One X.

On the dash board the tv works great but as soon as I start a game it flicks up the HDMI 2 bar at the top of the tv and keeps flicking on and off and also making my screen flicker from the game to a black screen too.

I have a video of it but i cant upload it on here.

I can't take this any more as I'm at the point where I'm ready to throw this crap out of the window.

Hi @Bioarm. This is a well known fault with all the XE TVs. The solution is simple, turn off the Info banner. Home -> Settings -> Channel setup -> Info banner -> Off.

It still does it even with that off.

Hi @Bioarm. Sorry I should have said. It requires a soft reboot (hold down the power button on the remote until restarting appears) for the change to take effect.
