how to restore apps

Hi,

I've been playing around with hotel/pro mode

I've seen what you can and cant do and ended up restoring defaults.

However now I have lost the standard BBC Iplayer app & when I try to open Google play, I get a message of

"This change isn't allowed by your administrator"

Any ideas on how to restore both, would be much appreciated

Hi Dave

Did you exit Hotel/Pro before restoring defaults? Or was that the reason you did the restore, ie you couldn't exit?

I hit the Initialise home/pro settings (reset all settings) button then let the system reboot
