49xe9005 picture artefacts

I have noticed red blotches appearing in areas where there should be black shadows. I have an example from the BBC McMafia series. Is this a problem with my picture settings?....this is taken with the set on standard at the factory default settings. Any ideas woud be much appreciated.

Thanks for the response. I have tried adjusting the picture settings, but without a satisfactory outcome with this particular programme. (I will of course have another look using your link). I have not noticed the problem with other programmes, so I am curious whether it is an issue with this recording (viewed through SKyQ) or a problem with the way my set displays this recording.
