Redeem free 4K movie

I am very frustrated at trying to redeem the offer of a free 4K movie with my new Sony Bravia tv......when I press the app.all that happens is that I get an instruction page telling me how easy it is to redeem.I am a member of google and have a gmail address but I just keep going round in circles.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with redeeming the offer.

I would recommend getting in touch with Sony Support for help with this.

The offer has suddenly appeared on my google films app.It was not there yesterday.......I wrote to the support team yesterday and later in the same day the offer appeared....coincidence???
