KDL-55W809C 24p and auto image mode no longer work after nougat update

Hi I was very happy for my TV... Until yesterday. It upgraded to Android Nougat, and now auto image mode no longer works on HDMI inputs (it says it's not available). Sometimes it works after a reboot and then it messes up again.

This means I can no longer have it switch to game mode or cinema mode depending on the content (before it would switch to 24p automatically when I started a 24fps movie)

Also 24p playback seems to be gone, and there doesn't seem to be a way to check the current resolution anymore (pressing "Display" used to do the trick) I want my TV working as it was. This is not acceptable, I didn't want the update but it's constantly bugging users to update and someone pressed OK. I need a response ASAP

Before the automatic bot tells me to read the manual.

I already performed a factory reset, and I connected the same computer to my old non android TV and everything is working as intended there.
