Sound drop on Sony bravia

I recently lost all sound when connected via my sky hdbox but it worked for Netflix and dvds. A sky engineer came out and reset it but it has developed a sound drop of about 1 sec every 5 mins. Any solutions would be gratefully received

Was everything working ok before you lost sound? Any idea what the engineer did to fix it and what they could have changed?
