KDL-43WE753 YouTube won’t load

Hello

Recently I have found that YouTube will not load properly on my TV. After a minute or so it keeps stopping as it waits to slowly load and this will happen for the whole video. The loading process does not seem to be working on the tv. I do not have this issue on my laptop or other mobile devices so it’s not a slow connection. I also use a direct cable so it’s not a WiFi issue.

I have updated to the most recent version of the software.

I would appreciate help on this as it’s very frustrating.
