Infrared sensor not working on my bravia 48in

Hi does anyone know where to get a replacement remote sensor from please . I've tested my remote and it's working fine so it's definitely the ir sensor . I can't find anything on Google . Any help much appreciated thanks jue

However, I guess that only service centres can get their hands on these spare parts. You can try to contact the nearest one from you using this link: http://bit.ly/2HUo9mF.

I'd also recommend doing troubleshooting on the TV like updating the software, unplugging all external devices, and doing a reset if possible to make sure it's not a software issue.
