    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just purchased a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sony KD65XF7596&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;TV,and there is a dark smudge in all four corners.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to capture it in the picture below,it's much more noticeable in person.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read it that in edge LED TVs it might be normal,but i've chosen this model,becuse it's direct LED according to the official specifications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does annyone knows what problem is this,or if it's really an issue,or somethin normal amon LED TVs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ibb.co/mCKC2y" target="_self"&gt;https://ibb.co/mCKC2y&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is actually common to Sony FALD and direct LED TVs. I guess this is done on purpose&amp;nbsp;in order to prevent light bleed from the corners.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You might want to check out some reviews of LCD LED TVs on &lt;A href="https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews" target="_self"&gt;rtings.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(specifically the gray uniformity test). Dark corners&amp;nbsp;and edges is really common for this type of TV. For better uniformity, you need to go OLED. But then you will suffer from image retention and probably even burn-in...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
