Connecting Alexa to XF90

i cannot seem to connect Alexa to my tv. I get as far as ‘discover devices’ section, but Alexa cannot seem to discover my tv. Any ideas??

Thanks for your reply. I’ve got the right skill, logged into the right account and followed all instructions. Still won’t find it.

Ive just read the most recent reviews of the skill in the skills store. All are 1 star and saying that Alexa cannot find the device. So I don’t appear to be alone!

Hello @Davogoalo,

the support advises you to perform a factory reset of the TV and then check if the firmware is up to date.

If that doesn't work, the support can perform a remote-support action on your TV (like TeamViewer).

I assume it’s the Sony Android tv skill??
