Amazon Prime UHD - Grand Tour

Is anyone else getting grey washed out colours, switching to the 1080p version i get a much clearer brighter pic than i am able to achieve with the 4k.

model is

KD55XE8596

has anyone got reccomended pic configuration for Amazon 4k Viewing ?

Thanks, either i am missing something or was not clear

im using the Prime App within the TV, not sure if that equates to a HDMI input ? but it is down as a supported 4k / HDR model.
