Kodi Leia upgrade now can't play DVD folders

Hi,

recentrly my Sony Android TV updated the installed Kodi app from Krypton to Leia and since then it will not play my DVDs which I keep on a network hard-drive.

Can anyone offer simple instructions on how to go back to Krypton, which worked fine ? It seems the Android "shop" only wants to offer the latest version, a bit troubling as Leia is still a 'beta' version...

I have tried a number of web tutorials which all seem to rely on installing a File Manager etc. but none of them have worked for me.

KODI has now launched the Official V18 LEICA...so suggest you uninstall your BETA and download the latest version.

Hi, thanks for the information.

Last night I managed to get Krypton back on by using another different method.

I might stick with it for now since it is working fine for what I want, I'll try Leia later..
