Hello everyone

Need some assistance here, I have the this TV since Jul 2018. Never had many issues but recently began to be more common. When I change the channel it just stops. The screen is black I can see the information of the channel I just changed to but nothing works and forces me to unplug it.

Another issues is it sometimes the TV doesn't switch on. Press the remote and nothing happens. Other times the light switches on but nothing on the screen. I sometimes try to connect using my Google home and it says it can't find the TV

If you keep pressed Power/Off on Remote the Sistem reboot... Maybe just this resolve...

I have the same issue on KD-55XE8096, and it is annoying any time to jump to do a reboot!!!!

Any idea is really appreciated
