kd-55xd9305 3d crosstalk/ghosting. Will sony ever fix this problem

Will sony ever fix the 3d ghosting problem on the kd 55xd9305 or is there a guide to improve this? I read somewhere the reason this was happening was because the TV does not utilise the correct hertz use of the tv's potential? Is this true? I am probably clutching at straws in regards to fix, but would prefer to be able to watch the content without this issue.
