HELP PLEASE My Sony KD-55XD9305 doesn't update automatically or manually

I have a Sony KD-55XD9305 TV

I have tried to download the latest software but it states it is up to date but the versions on my TV is PKG5.433.0183EUB.

On the website it states the new software update version is PKG5.435xxxxxxxx.

Can anyone please help me or advise me what I can do to resolve this?

What does it means that you tried to download? Did you downloaded from the website to an usb and tried to I stall it on the tv from there? If not do it following the instructions on the website

Hello

Thanks for the advice.

I have tried this and my TV picks up the usb but the download doesn't start, I have switched the TV off and then on but the same problems happens again where the USB is picked up but the no download.

I have tried the usb in all 3 slots and still the same problem, I have made sure the usb has been formatted to FAT32 and still the same problem.

Do you have any other ideas or suggestions?
