Software update KD-65XG8796

Anybody have idea of update is available for this model yet. Still on android 8 with a june 2019 security patch.

TV at random,when I switch it on,the light flashes green/amber/green/amber continuously and does nothing else. Sonys site are saying this is checking and downloading update. Eventually I have to switch it off and on to get it to start. When I check it's still android 8 and june 2019 security patch.

When I check for update in settings it says the latest is installed.
