Zoom - video telephony

Hi - i'm looking for an option for Zoom on my Sony android TV.

I searched for Zoom and Skype on apps, and neither came up which i thought was odd..

Given i have a Zoom account, and a Skype camera plugged into the USB port of the TV.... what are my options here.

I want to use the TV juts like i would a laptop screen (which has the camera in the screen surround)

Any help appreciated

You don't have an option, Android TV do not support USB Webcam and there isn't an App for Video Call or Video Conference come Android TV...

i just don't get this - it's 2020, it just seems odd that there's no way of doing this.

i've got skype on a DVD player from about 10 years ago

Unfortunately it is due to being in 2020, since when Microsoft bought it it retired most of the platform on which skype was used to work

Even if you have it on your old dvd it won't work either

teams is a microsoft product too, and zoom was never available on any tv...
