Can Sony GB make the DLC-HX10XF and HX15XF HDMI cables available in the UK?

My 4k Blu-ray player manual repeatedly advises using "Premium High Speed HDMI Cable or High Speed HDMI Cable that supports 18 Gbps bandwidth". These are no Sony cables available in the UK, that conform to this requirement.

I looked on Google, but that resulted in various brands being highlighted, which I had never heard of.

So to play it safe, I searched for a Sony product. However I had to order a cable, via eBay from Japan at the end of March; it should arrive tomorrow.

Sony could make a fortune here.

Thank you for replying so quickly.
I had looked on amazon initially, but I had not seen the HX10XF or HX20XF cables. However, when I have looked at it on Amazon this time, it also appears to be sold by a Japanese dealer. The price is a little high too, at over £110!

Price range of an hdmi cable can span from few pounds to thousand

If you don't have the need for a very long one you may save something..

I agree - that is why I decided to buy a Sony cable.
