Unable to watch certain channels on itv hub

Hi, I know some people have already had this problem but solutions I think it is on older models. I am unable to watch itv on ITV hub. Still doesn’t work when I have put my postcode in. I have just bought a Sony Android tv model ending H919 6BU. Any help gratefully received.

I believe some regions don't support ITVHub and have STV app instead? You can also try using a different postcode to access it as I've also seen that mentioned a couple times on the forum.

Sue, you said you can’t get itv on the itv Hub. But I presume you can get all the other channels on this player? If so, this is exactly what happens if you have given a Scottish postcode, or a postcode the system thinks is in Scotland.

So find a postcode that is OK (I always look up a random company in London, and use theirs) and try that.
