Casting stopped working on my Bravia TV

Casting to my Bravia TV KD43XH 8196 stopped working in august. It has worked since the TV was new.!

It is on my local network with ethernet. I upgraded SW to 6.6152 a week ago. Same result.

I cast from my Xperia phone (XQ AS52) . Android #12

The problem i not the phone. I can cast to another older Sony TV in my house.

I've had this too on my XH95. Seems to be at the same time that the known TV shortcut button problems occurred.

I restored my functionality back by doing a full factory reset then setting up again.

I tried many other options before resorting to the reset. save yourself some time and go straight for the reset.
