Navigation keys does not work unless glove mode is enabled

Navigation key (back, home and task manager) isn't working, it just working if i turn on glove mode. And sometimes my mobile get ghost touch. What should i do?

i type something in short tap period but it would detect as long tap period.

Remove it > clean the screen > restart the phone > check again.
