C2305 not switching on

I bought this product online yesterday & used it just half a day & phew it went off. I tried switching it on back but in vain. It had updated to the latest build version via pc companion also. I have requested for the replacement from the online retailer. Don't know how this happened.

Have you discharged the phone completely?Connect to wall charger,charge for 1-2 hours,turn it on.

I charged it full overnight but still in vain.

Force turn off the device:

After that,turn it on normally.

Ok the reset key on the back did wonders & switch the phone on. But now the screen of the phone keeps flickering. Also i had installed clean master will this app give any issues. The build number is 16.0.B.2.6.

Do not use task killers or battery savers,the default one is good enough.

Gnair,

Disable Adapt Lightning Conditions in Display > Brightness. This will solve flickering issue!

About the screen flickering,really do not know.Have you tried a software repair until now?

I checked in the settings & just have Automatic brightness option. Didn't find the option mentioned by you.

Almost all Xperias have this bug, if you enable automatic brightness your screen starts flickering with the change of angles of the phone. Nasty!

new c2305 is also facing such prblm.i was updating the new update 16.0.B.13 smething like tht which required computer so i did all as instructed & after 15 mins the status of update was only 15% n thn i closed it n removed my phone frm tht my phone wont start what to do???
