    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New SIM.........All working fine now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank heavens it wasn't the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to all that replied........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh!! &amp;nbsp; Bleeping out the word "*H.e.l.l" &amp;nbsp;Really!!! &amp;nbsp; Funniest thing ever!! &amp;nbsp;Not even a swear word. &amp;nbsp;LOL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trev.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mobile data issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm new here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating problem. My mobile data is working. Whatsapp works, so does Facebook messanger.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting a good signal and H+ is flashing away at the top of my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But......I can't open any apps or browsers using my data.........It's saying no connection, or timed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been on to my provider and there doesn't seem to be an issue their end. They think it's a phone problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been happening for two days. I've tried everything i know of.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My friend connected to my data, used it as a hotspot and it all worked fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything works great when connected to wifi too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN is all set up correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile data "is" switched on!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't yet done a phone reset, because Sony Companion won't backup my phone......It takes forever and keeps freezing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards...........Trevrev.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some carriers restrict data, lets say 1GB for browsing and using apps, and they allow unlimited whatsapp and facebook, perhaps that's your situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i've been on to my provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All seems ok from their end........I have 4gb a month allowance. I've hardly touched that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as they're concerned, my data is working fine. No restrictions...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They think it's a phone issue.....That's why i'm here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To see if it's happened to anyone else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trevrev&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello again......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried in safe mode........Still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That was after i'd backed up to my Google account and done a total reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got a new SIM on order.......If it's not that, it's got to be a phone issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried backing up to Sony Companion yesterday!! &amp;nbsp;What is going on?.........4hours and it still hadn't finished.
