I'd recommend that you try and reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if&amp;nbsp;this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded app as they will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the same behavior persists I would recommend that you try and reset your networks settings. You can do that if you go to: Settings &amp;gt; Backup &amp;amp; reset &amp;gt; Network settings reset &amp;gt;Reset settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that this will erase all your current Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections. It will also reset your cellular data so that you have download new&amp;nbsp;Internet settings. You do that under: Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Internet settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i was reset network settings and&amp;nbsp;nothing happened, but in safe mode it was working good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After uninstalling some of apps problem is solved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
