Mobile signal shut off, no calls, no texts, dont recognize sim

I have a problem with my Xperia E4.

I had a phone in my pocket an suddenly it stopped recognized SIM. I have no signal no, i cant make phonecalls or write texts. It is shuted off somehow.
can u give me some advice what to do? is it system problem or I just accidentaly swich it off?

The monile phone is turned on, wi-fi works, apps works, only phone signal don't.

And SIM card works in other phones. there is just icon of crossed signal sticks.
And I don't know what has happened or what I am supposed to do.

have you tried to check your sim in other phone?

also try to check your network settings and network type

settings>network>mobile network>preferred network type

It works in other phone.
