Because when I turn on my cellphone the Sony Xperia logo appears and then it goes off and then the logo reappears and so on and it does not turn on

Try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. You need your phone charged and switched off before you start.

Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.
