    <description>&lt;P&gt;mine has the same problem it seems to happen mostly when it is on wifi but not sure will know in about a month as i usually have to do a sofware repair one a month to sort this problem out would be nice to hear from a sony rep on this matter just want to know why this is happening but doing a process of illimation on my own,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully know soon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this needs attention on sony's behalf but it's not just the e5 it seems quite a few models are affected by this problem, allthugh a software reinstall fixes it for a bit it keeps happening and i have mostly linux systems which sony companion is incompatable with the only one running windows 7 is at my house but if it goes at mum and dads when i go away to theyre house i'm knackered as only 2 systems are running windows xp and yet again no comanion compatablitry with that so please help sony if u can because this error is annoying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards, Leo55&lt;/P&gt;</description>
