    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1197246"&gt;@dj22&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about what has happened. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.rs/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no recovery mode that you can enter, instead you will need to perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; to reset the device and the screen lock will be removed in the same process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted and since the device can't be unlocked, you will not be able to backup your data using Xperia Companion.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
