Forgot screenlock patern

So I recently got this phone from a nephew because mine broke and he forgot the screenlock patern of it. Also he can't remember the login details, is there anyway I could hard-reset the phone or bypass the screenlock so I could factory reset it?

I have already tried to use the Xperia Companion but it says I have to unlock it first to use the 'repair'.

Hi @Strickery, sorry to hear about what has happened to your device.

To use the repair function in Xperia Companion when the device has a screen lock set, turn the device off and do not plug it in to the computer. Start the program and click on "Software repair" and check the little box in the bottom left corner and follow the on-screen instructions.

Now you should be able to repair the software and when it's done the screen lock will be reset, but keep in mind that all data stored on the internal storage will always be deleted in the same process.

I also forgot the screenlock pattern of my Xperia SP C502 but cannot repair it by using the Xperia Companion. It said that "Model is not supported. This device model is no longer supported by Software repair" as below

What should I do now?

Hi @duku,

I'm afraid that there is nothing that you can do to remove the screen lock as the Xperia SP has reached end of support and software is no longer available.

Really sorry to deliver these news to you, but there is nothing that can be done.
