No contact with batteri

Hi,

Now I can't load the batteri of my phone anymore. I tried the charger on other devices and it was working. I also tried to clean the entrance where you put in the charger. No effect. Is there something else I can try????? There are photos and other stuff on the phone I want to "rescue" at least. What can I do??

Hi @sweden06, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried holding the power button and volume up at the same time for 10 seconds? This will force the device to restart/shutdown.

Hi, I tried this but nothings happened. There are some sounds in the phone , but the battery is empty and I can't load it. I hope you have other suggestions.......
