Folder deletion from home screen

Dear Forum

I created a folder on the home screen with the message icon in it & now I can't delete it. When I try to drag it to the bin, the bin won't accept it and I can't find it in File Commander. When I connect the phone to my PC and search for the folder, which I've called 'ZZ' I still can't find it. I could fix this by restoring the phone to factory settings perhaps, but I'm reluctant to do that........any ideas would be gratefully accepted!

- Try to remove the message icon and later the folder

- Move the folder to another homescreen page and then remove this page

Thanks very much for your help Cot88, you inspired me to make further attempts & I discovered that when I moved the folder to the bin slowly & held it there, it gave me a warning message & then accepted it. So all is well!!
