The first thing I would recommend is that you make sure there isn't anything blocking the sensor like a screen protector or some dirt. You can see where you sensor is located through the&amp;nbsp;following &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiam4aqua/userguide/overview---tp/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend that you restart your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if is behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes and if there is any change! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.rs/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Screen wake up in call</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When in call, moving the phone away from the ear dosn't wake the screen up - I have to press power button. It doesn't happen every time but I think it happens when the call is longer than a few seconds. Proximity sensor is ok. How to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
