To do so press and hold the volume up and the on/off key simultaneously&amp;nbsp;until your device vibrates 3 times, then charge your device for at least 30 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also temporarily remove any SIM or SD card from your device to see if they may be the cause of this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still experiencing the same behavior I would recommend that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My SONY M5 looks dead after a software repair on &lt;STRONG&gt;XC&lt;/STRONG&gt; it only shows red led when i put it on charging. can it be repaired by &lt;STRONG&gt;SONY Service Center&lt;/STRONG&gt; ????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
