Charging problem on sony xperia m2

I have this problem like when I am charging my device the charge is showing but its not getting charged infact the charge is decreasing so I took it to the mobile repair shop and he changed the charging IC ,now the charge is increasing but the increase rate is too slow and he said that the charging IC is getting heated up which is damaging the IC. Any solution?

Yes. Nothing worked. The ic is getting hot.

Time to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

Could you test your phone with a wall charge and in >>> safe mode ?
