For a long, long time now my phone keeps giving me a notification that cannot be ignored, "storage space running out". I've had to deal with it for months.

I have a 32gb memory card inside the phone but its almost like the phone is completely ignoring that, I move just about everything I can to that card and I'm still suffering that provoking notification. I want to know how to get onto the Sony Xperia M2 bios so I can clear the phones internal cache or at least bring it back to factory settings but accessing the phones BIOS seems to be a myth too, (Other myth being my very real storage space, all 32gb of it)

Please help, I'm frustrated and I can't have the apps I need for my job on here.
