Can not open settings

Hi @Jas3333, sorry to hear about this.

Can you open up the settings menu if you don't use the Settings application and instead drag down the status bar twice, or once with two fingers and then you tap on the cogwheel up to the right?

If you still aren't able to open up Settings, try restarting your device in safe mode and see if you then are able to open up the Settings menu.

what happen when you tap on the settings icon/app?

Also, test the phone in >>> safe mode

Hi again @Jas3333!

If you still aren't able to open up Settings in safe mode, I'd recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage, so if you want to keep your personal information, creating a backup using Xperia Companion before starting with the repair is advised.
