Xperia Z1 won't boot up

with starting up the phone it says: andriod is starting optimising application 1 of 1 and i have waited a good 35 mins and i wont boot up?? save mode is not working i think i turn on the phone and when i see sony i press and hold the volume lower button and hold it but i wont go into save mode.

Help me plz
