M4 Aqua won't start

I have an M4 Water, which was very good. But I fell to the water, while taking a picture. After that, the cell phone did not work anymore.

I had read that it was water resistant, but it did not work for me.

I tried to find and contact a Sony service here in Argentina, but I did not find it.

The cell phone had 10 days of use, I cost € 400. And has no arrangement ????

Could anyone help me ???.
