Constantly crashing

My M5 crashes for no reason. After it crashes a flashing multicolour triangular pattern appears. This pattern appears on the home screen if I restart the phone. Then it's OK for about 30 minutes then the same thing happens again.

What can you recommend? Keep it as simple as you can, I'm not very literate as far as technology is concerned.

~~Se tilda bastante seguido se detenido el ui del sistema, aparece una notificación y se prende y apaga la pantalla con el fondo multicolor lo reinicio y aparece el mismo fondo~~

It is called quite often the system ui is stopped, a notification appears and the screen with the multicolored background turns on and off, I restart it and the same background appears

I have exactly the same problem. Can't seem to find a reasonable fix using google. Help!
