hi ,

pls help me

during 4.1.A.0.562 update..

the pc companion have downloaded the update..but during 'preparing update installation' it show error message..like

"installation or smart phone update failed'

note:

1)sd card free memory 1.8 gb.

2)phone memory free 310mb

3)battery level 84%

pls help me i need ics update in my cute phone...please:(

try SUS instead

it shouldn't take that long, make sure that you restarted your PC after installing SUS

is sus better than pc companion,cause even for mine the update failed...i just installed sus nd i'll try...

i installed the sus and it shows "checking for updates" and its takin a long time....

the sus does not open, it keeps sayin "initialising" and checking fo updates and then restarts again.....

it worked ,...i mean the pc companion..dont have any idea abt the sus ..it didnt work ...thanks for helping anyway..
