    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well it appears that the problem lies with the fact that your phone's 3G frequency is incompatible with that of Telstra's, for which there's nothing you can do about. However, the fact that you're not even receiving a 2G (GSM) signal, means that either there isn't one in that area, or that your phones's network settings have been set to 3G (UMTS) only, so please check and make sure that this is set to receive both 2G and 3G, or 2G only, since this is the only service you're likely to receive. Let me know if that's the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, i have the active, absolutely brilliant specially for sailing bought it in the uk but recently moved to oz with my company to work in the mine's, when i arrived i was told to get a telstra sim card which i did with five other guys, one had an iphone 4 and the others had a lot older phone's, they all worked great around Perth but when we flew to the mine (middle of nowhere) my one was the only one that won't bring up a signal at all, i have and an incling its something to do with band width, please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
