Can't find system alarm

I'm trying to access my alarm from the clock widget and keep getting an error stating "system alarm cannot be found." How do I fix this? This happends when i'm using GO Launcher, i try reset factory settings but it's same. When i'm using default xperia launcher and when i tap on clock widget i open alarm settings. I try servel clock widgets and it's same problem with GO LAuncher. Why is that?

Strange problem is that.

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

ok, i done all that, but still when i'm using go launcher and tap on clock widget i get this "system alarm cannot be found" .

Can you use it normally now ?

Leave go launcher , its not fully compatible with your xperia s,, i have seens many users complaining about it..

yes i can. when i use default xperia launcher is working normaly as is before, but seems like u say it's problem with go launcher.
