I get this notice on my phone 'Sony Erricson Live with Walkman', that less than 1% of your battery is remaining, whereas most of the times it is more than 20% that is left.

Does someone face a similar issue, not sure why this happens.

It does not allow me to utilise the full battery and always have to charge even if i have 20% of battery left.

This occurs even when most of my applications are shut, no internet being used, nothing used except calling and sms.

This keeps reminding me that afterall it is not that smart a phone as they claim.

I bought it 45 days back.

Feel cheated, can someone please explain why this happens and what could be done.

Thank You for the links, tried removing battery and yes before removing battery life was 85% and after inserting its 58%. So see the gap here and now know why that sudden drop from 20% to 1%.

Lets see if this helps and if its a onetime solution.

But as per the links, it seems to be a known issue, why isnt Sony fixing it with its battery supplier ?

This surely is a common problem across models.

Will report again in a couple of days on the progress.

Thanks Again
