pc companion problem

don't know the reason for below error. started suddenly

please see below error. it wait and waits and says cannot connect phone. Earlier it was working properly.

Nothing different done but suddenly facing this issue.

I have done almost all things, mtp service reste, stop/start/ , reinstall phone, reinstall pc companion, used update service, reinstalled windows media player and what else ...

Can anybody provide a right answer.

I hope I should not expect the answer like visit service center. It sould be a simple solution

Try switching to Mass Storage Mode instead.

If you have a lot of new media on your SD card or if you never had the phone connected before it will take a while before the computer will detect the phone in MTP mode.

You also might have to update Windows Media Player in your PC for the MTP mode to work (updating WMP brings new and updated drivers for MTP).
